Akshaya Construction began with a single foundation laid in Kolar Gold Fields in 1928, founded by Patel ChickaMuniyappa. Nearly a century later, the company stands as a fourth-generation family business, still rooted in the same town, still guided by the same principles of quality and integrity.
The journey continued through BC Narayanappa, one of the best PWD contractors in Kolar district, and BN Kodanda Ramu, a Class-1 PWD Contractor in KPWD. Today, under fourth-generation contractor B.K Hari Krishna, the work has grown from general contracting into government infrastructure and joint-venture developments across Kolar, Chikkaballapur, and Bangalore districts, recognized today with a 5.0 rating across Google reviews.
